3. Booking and Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary depending on:

• Actual volume and weight of items to be removed
• Access to the property
• Type of items requiring special handling
• Distance to disposal facilities

A quote becomes binding once you confirm the booking. We aim to respond to quote requests within 24 hours.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Major credit and debit cards

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee
• No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the items to be removed
• Ensure clear access to the property on the scheduled date
• Inform us of any hazardous materials or special items in advance
• Obtain any necessary permissions for access to the property

7. Limitation of Liability

Auld Reekie Waste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Waste Disposal

We are a licensed waste carrier (registered with SEPA) and commit to disposing of all waste responsibly. Where possible, we recycle items at licensed recycling centres. We cannot accept hazardous waste unless specifically arranged in advance.
